As a policy we provide updates on all applications via sms and or email every second day, please do not request updates before you have received our progress report. Should you not receive our report every second day, then please log a request below.

Please try not to call for follow - up requests as we try to actively expedite all application, attending to calls hinders our ability to do this.        

Under normal conditions you should have a result within 5 working days on short terms loans (Loans up to R20 000) larger loans and loans involving your home loan could take as long as 10 days.
