Cashflo Solutions is part of the Let's Talk Property Group of companies. LTP specialises in real estate services on the East Rand of Gauteng. LTP was established two years ago by formally incorporating the real estate business with Twenty Four 10 Property Equity Brokers, a company in the equity finance business. Cashflo Solutions was started late in 2008 as the current director identified a need in the micro loan industry. Quinette Meecham started in the finance business 10 years ago. Back then the micro finance business was in its "baby shoes" they remember the days when the banks held all the credit and held it tight. Many things have changed since then and they went through all the hard times when banks like Saambou and Uni Bank went under. It better equiped them to handle any issue that might arise today.
